SMS alerts are optional on every plan, including paid plans. Declining SMS does not change the price or restrict any other feature. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Common questions
Does SideLedger collect payments?
No. SideLedger does not process, hold or collect money. It records what you tell it and alerts you when a date passes.
Does SideLedger contact my clients?
No. Alerts go to you only. Your clients never receive a message from SideLedger.
Is this a collections or debt service?
No. SideLedger does not perform collections, does not contact debtors and does not sell or refer accounts to anyone.
How do I stop the texts?
Reply STOP to any message. You are removed from all sending immediately and permanently unless you reply START.
